NASPP Mentor Connect 

Mentorship should fit into your life—not the other way around. NASPP Mentor Connect is a flexible, member-driven mentorship experience designed to support career growth in our profession. 

Rather than assigning matches, you can browse the Community Hub and connect with the mentor or mentee who best fits your goals, experience, and interests. Once you agree to connect, the relationship is entirely self-directed. You and your match set the pace, priorities, and focus of your conversations, and define what success looks like. 

We suggest meeting about once a month, though you and your match set your own rhythm. The program begins with a virtual orientation on August 26, 2026. NASPP Mentor Connect is free and open to all NASPP members. 

We’re currently accepting applications for mentors and mentees. The Community Hub opens for match browsing on August 26.

Mentor/Mentee Orientation

Save the date!  We will host a short orientation for all mentors and mentees on Wednesday, August 26, at 3:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Pacific).
