Mentorship Program

Welcome to the NASPP's Mentor Connect program! This unique online networking and career development tool helps professionals who work in the field of equity compensation find, connect, and share experiences with others.

We're currently accepting applications for mentors and mentees! Enrollees can use this platform to search the mentoring directories beginning on August 27 and can access their profiles and mentorship relationships.



About Mentor Connect

The NASPP's Mentor Connect program, sponsored by Infinite Equity, is a leadership development program developed to support advancement and empower career growth in our profession. The program leverages one-to-one mentorship to offer effective and actionable approaches to help women build skills and stand out as leaders, resolve common obstacles, and establish and leverage supportive relationships across career stages.

Mentor/Mentee Orientation

Save the date!  We will host a short orientation for all mentors and mentees on Thursday, August 27, at 3:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Pacific).
